  Best for the family. 2 bed appartment Can fit 6 people easily. 2 sofa cum beds in lounge were very useful. Excellent Heating in minus tempratures Managment support was extraordinary. I requested for ealy check in due to a morining flight, and they allowed me at 12 noon instead of 4 pm in just a single call . Strong followup by the staff through emails. You name any thing and they have provided in the appartment. Lift is execellet till 5th floor. Area is the best , very happening but appartment in a calm place. Instructions to reach and staff follow up made it really easy.

  The location was fantastic – very central on Nyhavn with access to restaurants and bars and easy to walk to central shopping area, but set back so was quiet inside the apartment. Very nice apartment which matched the photos.
  
  What could be improved: The sofa could do with either a deep clean/replacing as is very stained. The apartment could also be improved with some bedside tables, but not really a big issue.

  Incredible apartment in a very central location to Nyhavn – accessible just off Nyhavn at number 31, ignore Google Maps that will try and take you to a side street!

  We stayed with my wife and son. The accommodation is exceptional. It's like living in a postcard of Copenhagen. The location is ideal and it is very well equipped. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, and everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The heating is very good. It is very spacious, cozy and clean. Despite being in the most touristy area, it is very quiet. The host is always attentive and answers quickly. Without a doubt we would stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: It doesn't have a microwave. It offers an espresso machine that uses Nespresso capsules in a format that is not easy to find in supermarkets. They leave some capsules available, but not enough for every day. The only way we found to buy them is through a link from the company. I would add an alternative way of making coffee or a regular capsules machine. It would be nice to have nightstands in the main room.
