    Location was very central and with the arrival instructions was very easy to find. The elevator was an absolute blessing as carrying our bags up the stairs to the top floor would have reduced the experience.

    What could be improved: The patio out the front of the property was a shared space, which meant visitors using it all hours of the day and night to smoke and talk. This was very disruptive for our children when it was time to sleep, and we are a non-smoking family who had no choice except to pass through this space.

    The flat and the location. Really nice beds and good appliances. Very big bathroom. The host told us that in the night could have a lot of noise due to a downstairs bar but we did no had an issue since the bar was closed.

    We had such a great time here; a really comfortable appartment which had everything we needed, excellent location for walking to various sights and felt really central.
    We made dinner for 6 the first evening to save funds and it was easy to find a supermarket nearby and all the kitchen equipment was available. Thank you

    What could be improved: The single complaint we have were the directions, once you're upstairs, to the flat… I will suggest others. I thought we had been double booked with another family so sent an email to ask for help as it was only 20 minutes before reception shut. However, they haven't responded 2 days later!

    The location is very convenient. It is a great thing for tourists with large luggage to have an elevator in Copenhagen! Downstairs is the city center and the round tower. The house is also very warm and fully equipped. We lived happily.

    The location and apartment were wonderful! Everything was very comfortable. There are great restaurants nearby, and my family definitely appreciated the elevator, washer and dryer since we were on vacation for a few weeks.

    What could be improved: The instructions to access the apartment weren't as clear as I would've liked. Labels on keys would help a lot. But we obviously figured it out!
