  Big, bright, comfortable and airy apartment in the middle of a beautiful and convenient location.
  
  What could be improved: There was dirty dining ware in the dishwasher when we arrived.
  The fact that it is a walk up (no elevator) to the top floor on a steep narrow staircase was buried in the info. Not too big a deal for us but if we had a beam or elderly, that would be a big problem.

  The apartment was gorgeous! Exactly like the photos and so much room. A perfect location also as super central to everything and around a 3 minute walk to the metro.
  We loved how open this was as perfect for a friends weekend away.

  Very central location, it has a modern kitchen and nice fornitures, the apartment was clean.
  
  What could be improved: No shower gel in the toilet, the sofa bed was a small double. We found only 3 tea bags in the kitchen (despite we were 6 adults) and no olive oil or other small things you may not want to buy for such a short stay. Apart from that, we could not sleep due to the loud noises coming from the street until 4-5 am… Clearly the old windows are not doing their job.

  What could be improved: Przy przyjeździe nie działał chip do drzwi wejściowych. Drzwi musiał otworzyć przypadkowy mieszkaniec-sąsiad.
  Nie ma oznaczenia numeru bramy wejściowej.
  Brak kosmetyków w łązience: mydła pod prysznic, szamponu.

  Appartement moderne, spacieux., proche de tout!
  Hyper centre., lit très confortable
  Très lumineux, très bien équipé.
  Meublé de façon chaleureuse et fonctionnelle.
  3 ieme étage avec vue
  Boîtier pour récupérer les clefs vous permettant d arriver quand vous voulez.

  Le petit inconvénient lié au 3 étages avec le dernier escalier un peu raide.
  On ne voit personne mais c est devenu courant aujourd'hui quand on voyage avec ce type de location.

  What could be improved: The apartment absolutely stank like something had died in it. It was -3’C outside and they just said can you open the windows. They gave us no option to move and offered no refund. As it was late when we got there we had no option but to stay the night.
  The next day they eventually moved us to another room that was just a single bedroom apartment and clearly less expensive.
  We have received a 20% refund, but that clearly doesn’t cut it, when you are paying for a 2 bedroom apartment that was unbearable to sleep in and then given a single bedroom apartment the next day.
  
  We were only in Copenhagen for 2 nights and this pretty much ruined the entire trip.
