  The building block was an interesting modernist building. The apartment is rather spacious and the arrangement as described. It is definitely silent. Close to the M3 station and to one of the main parks in town.
  
  What could be improved: This is not a professional hosting service. It's an inhabitated private house made free when rented. This means that you will find inhabitants' stuff and belongings. Not an issue per se, but to give the idea of the type of hosting. The care might be improved : the duvet and pillow need a thorough cleaning, toilet paper in the bathroom would help, and so pipe checks.
