  Absolutely loved this little gem of a place. So close to the metro, Nyhavn, and lots of lovely restaurants and momentum’s nearby. Really felt like I was staying like a local in the complex. We were able to cook and clean sufficiently and even do our laundry so we had clean clothes for the next leg of our trip. Communication with hosts was easy and very responsive. Highly recommend!!!

  It's a really cozy place for a short city break. 🙂
  Overall, I recommend it to undemanding people who do more sightseeing than sitting in the room. A great base for short stays.
  
  On the plus side:
  + location – almost the city center, close to all attractions, nearby metro station, lots of shops and restaurants
  + the apartment is quiet and large, it was still spacious for 4 people
  + a big plus for a comfortable bed, wardrobes, nice kitchen equipment, nice amenities
  + great and trouble-free contact with the company renting the apartment, very good instructions on how to get there
  +/- appearance – similar to the photos, although the furniture is clearly worn. It's not bad, but it could use some refreshing.
  
  What could be improved: There are two big disadvantages:
  – cleanliness – unfortunately the apartment should be refreshed, the passing of time is visible, especially on the floor and in the bathroom. The shower cabin doesn't work well and you can see fungus. We washed in flip-flops.
  – ants – unfortunately, the kitchen is full of ants, especially around the sink, making it difficult to prepare a meal on your own.

  The apartment is in an absolutely fantastic location for the centre of Copenhagen, being less than 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station (Marmorkirken) and not much more than 10 minutes walk to Kongens Nytor. The apartment is an excellent size for a couple and would even suit a young family. The bed is large and comfortable, although the pillows felt like they were overdue being replaced.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment appeared quite 'tired' and looked like it was being maintained on the cheap. There was a strong smell of damp in the shower room/utility room area that I suspect was due to a previous flood or possibly an ongoing leak, which caused part of the wooden floor to lift and become soft/springing underfoot. In fact, a small section of flooring had been removed to enable the shower room door to open. Several of the electric sockets were hanging out of their fittings and the wiring generally looked badly done. The apartment would benefit from a thorough management inspection to identify the many maintenance, repair, and improvement issues that need to be addressed for it to warrant the price being charged.

  Very nice salon, well-equipped kitchen. Close to city center, 3 min from metro Marmorkirken station. Good place to sleep and visit Kopenhaga.

  A lot of mold in the bathroom.
  Ants in the kitchen.
