  Easy check in, spacious apartment, pictures as advertised. Comfortable bed & sofa bed. Warm apartment, can easily switch the heating on/off. Fantastic location to explore Copenhagen on foot.
  
  What could be improved: The luggage hold facilities could have been better. The host offered lockers to hold our luggage, but these were temperamental and difficult to lock/unlock. I would advise just paying for luggage hold in town (plenty available and at a cheap cost).

  What could be improved: The entrance is not clean with many big garbage bins. Bathroom, no seal for shower stall and floor so water leaking when showering.

  The apartment was very cozy, warm and located in the middle of the city center. There were all the necessary utensils, welcome coffee, free Netflix. The location was great to explore the city on foot, without using of public transport. The appartment has good sound isolation, so it was silent at night.
  
  Also next to the appartment there were a lot of nice bakeries, Magasin du Nord with cool Smørebrods on the upper floor and King's residence nearby.
  
  What could be improved: The renovation on the 2 floors below (but it was not loud, so there were no loud sounds) and quiet and steep steps to the 3d floor (2d floor from German point of view), where the appartment was located.

  I liked the convenience of the location in central Copenhagen and the open plan of the unit made it feel spacious. I also liked having a small kitchen and dishwasher.
  
  What could be improved: We stayed in Copenhagen in June and it was quite warm. The unit did not cool down at night since we only had one window that was operable and since the unit had a lot of windows that were not operable, it became hot during the day. It would be helpful if more of the windows were operable.

  The location is absolutely amazing, with Nyhavn basically at the end of the street. At major highlights are within 30min walk from the appartment.
  The appartment was modern, sleek and clean. With the hot weather we had (30C), we REALLY appreciated the fan!
  
  What could be improved: There is no cost effective parking in the area. The nearest parking garages are €50 a day and otherwise you'd have to walk pretty far with your luggage (or take a bus/taxi I guess?). This was not really well communicated beforehand that the parking garages were thát expensive (or far away).
