  There are Spacious areas and rooms. There is a bathroom and toilet for each floor, its very good for families

  Location was great, supermarkets and shops local, close to Metro and felt safe and central yet quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Wow factor apartment, kids loved the hanging chair and plenty space
  
  What could be improved: lack of storage, winter stay meant 6x coats and hats and scarfs and boots etc cluttered the place up. Minor things like a cupboard in the kitchen because we did cooking and again not much space but these are minor things. Another beanbag or two would be good when you are a larger party and only 1 sofa but I get its minimalist but needs to be functional

  Great location- 15 minute walk to central Copenhagen. 10 mins to Nyhaven. Clean, comfortable, spacious, warm and well equipt.

  Very good location, central yet quiet, no traffic noise. Very well equipped and furnished, beds very comfortable, showers and bathrooms very nice. A beautiful spacious property far more enjoyable than a hotel.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was very good although the spiral staircase is not really suitable for very small children, elderly or infirm however a separate entrance on the top floor serviced by an external lift means this isn't to much of a problem.

  The penthouse was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The location is a lovely, quiet part of town but still an easy walk to the nearest Metro station. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which the team solved quickly. The online messaging with the Into This Place team worked really well and they were responsive and courteous. They even provide 2 hours free at Luggage Hero which was very useful on our last day. I would highly recommend.

  Location is perfect and the apartment size
  
  What could be improved: 1 – The apartment missing essential furniture such as wardrobes, dressing table, sofa chairs and microwave.
  2 – The Skylight in the bedrooms is bad idea too much light comes early in morning and disturb your sleep.
  3 – No garbage bags and no washing machine soap.
  4 – No curtains or shatter in the bathroom window for privacy.

  Location is great — quiet and a little tucked away from the center city but a short subway ride or leisurely walk from lots of sights. Getting keys out of the key box was very easy. A grocery store was close by so we could enjoy breakfast in the apartment. Beds were comfortable, showers and towels were both good quality. We also really appreciated the Nespresso capsules waiting for us on arrival. Overall the place felt nice and spacious for our group of six.
  
  What could be improved: The internal spiral staircase was difficult to manage and felt a little rickety. (Luckily there was also an exterior door for the top floor.) The upstairs bedrooms don't have windows or ceiling fans so it felt a little stuffy at night. Kitchen layout is a little awkward.
