    Good location for places to visit.

    What could be improved: Bad location for proximity to very loud bar open late into the night.

    Great pad for a group of friends to hang out in. One of our group did pull the short straw and had to take the bunk bed but we gave him a discount anyway.
    The football table was a nice addition and the kitchen had everything you would need.
    Rooms were nice and beds were comfy.
    Communal area with big table and then sofa and coffee table around the TV was perfect.
    We had a great, really sociable time here.

    What could be improved: Was smaller than I’d thought (but that’s quite often the way). I did get over this quickly and the rest of my group had no criticisms at all.
    I also found it quite hot when first entering the apartment but the temperature was perfect the rest of the holiday with just one window slightly open.
    The toilet was quite basic.

    The location was brilliant, super central, and easy to find. We selected this apartment so that we had a shared space to work before a meeting. Also as x3 adults and colleagues, it was perfect to have a large number of bedrooms. The space was light and airy and the kitchen was well equipt although we didn't use it.

    What could be improved: The heating was set super hot and tricky to turn down, the steps up to the apartment are steep and narrow, so for those with mobility issues it would be tricky. Only one bathroom but we knew this before and wasn't a problem for us but might be for some.

    Location couldn't of been better. Beds were super comfortable. Supply of essential items appreciated. Appliances of high quality. Wi-fi fast. Spotlessly clean. Communication from host spot on.

    What could be improved: The location clearly comes with street noise which can't be helped but glad we packed earplugs to sleep.
    Large property to only have one bathroom.

    The place is huge, in the super central of Copenhagen. so if you are traveling with your friends or family, its a nice place to stay in.

    What could be improved: Noisy area being opposite a restaurant and down road from a pub that stays open until 2 a.m. most nights and 5 a.m. on Saturdays.

    Amazing location and very close to shopping street. Large size of apartment. Apple TV with Netflix and Nespresso machine was a great bonus.

    What could be improved: It was very confusing to get the keys. The key box was actually at another apartment around the corner which was not really clearly communicated. Beds very very soft and shower water pressure low.

    Excellent location, easy to find and access and good value for money. Nice decor and very clean. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen, wifi good. Nice family room.

    What could be improved: Communication wasn't as personal as I would have liked. When requesting information I was repeatedly sent the link for the digital guidebook.
    Bedrooms very small, literally only room for the beds with no room to walk either side in two of the rooms. No storage for clothing / suitcase in the bedrooms and bathroom whilst very clean with a good supply of hot water, was like that in a factory.
    We also had the housekeeper knock at the door at 10.55 to come in and clean (Check out at 11am)
    The entrance hall where the bins are kept isn't great but rest of apartment was fine.

    very nice place, large, good facilities, in city centre.

    What could be improved: the key is left in a different place than the apartment and that info doesn’t come in the message that you receive on booking 2 days in advance. the info is somewhere hidden in an online manual. this can create a big hassle.
    the support phone number that is provided is from God’s know where, because I spent 30 minutes talking with someone that was still unable to find our booking.
    solutions was solved by messaging the property. but still, why not adding the key info in the message that comes from booking?

    also the entrance to the building might be a little bit worrying as it has all the garbage at the entry. don’t worry though, the apartment is fabulous 🙂
