  very central location and close to interesting/aesthetic parts of the city. Great set up of the apartment and as large as marketed by the host. Interior decoration in typical Nordic minimalist style. Good kitchen set up and two bathrooms allow for larger groups to stay. Clear directions and easy access with use of protected lockers for the keys. Decent media equipment in the property.
  
  What could be improved: Extremely early check out deadline set at 10 AM which is misaligned with similar rental properties and hotel stay. Host should be clear on the bedrooms and beds. These arent king size/queen size beds but rather singles set up as a set. The area is lively so imagine can be frustrating on the weekend with nightlife causing noise disturbance. Also, if advertised at a certain price no reference to it's competitive price should be made.

  Great size to fit a large group, especially the large open living area and two bathrooms.
  
  What could be improved: The front rooms are noisy because of the central location. The shower makes the whole bathroom wet which makes back-to-back bathroom use with a big group harder. Overall was great though.

  The apartment was bright and bigger than it looked on photos. We were comfortably 10 people there. We we’re having Christmas there and the host kindly let us bring a real Christmas tree and got rid of it for us afterwards. We needed some more dishes and pots and pans in the kitchen – when I emailed the host about it, he turned up a few hours later (if that) with everything we asked for. He was very kind and very helpful. Some reviews mention the noise from the street below – it is Copenhagen’s party street but I will say that it didn’t really bother us. At most, we heard people on the street but that was it. We’d brought ear plugs based on some of the reviews but didn’t need them. The flat had toilet paper, bin bags, washing up liquid, shower gel, shampoo etc. all there. There’s also bedding, covers and towels all provided.
  
  What could be improved: All beds are single beds (double ones are just pushed together and nothing holding them together). There’s two bedrooms off the lounge area so they can be a bit more nosy if someone goes to bed early or get up early.

  The apartment was really nicely furnished, very clean and very comfortable. We were a group of 10 and there was plenty of space for us all to be there and relax in the communal space too. It was super easy to communicate with the hosts and get entry to the property.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, due to the very central location (which is great during the day), at night, it is quite loud in this property because of the proximity of some clubs. Music was blasting well into the early hours of the morning and it was particularly bad in the front two bedrooms.

  Top location, big and clean rooms.
  
  What could be improved: Noise! On a Friday night, this is the epicentre of the party scene in Copenhagen. It is extremely loud until 6-8 am in the morning and also with closed windows It's pretty impossible to catch a good sleep.
  
  Most of the rooms were fine, but exactly the most silent on is stinking weirdly at the top corner of the bed.
