  What could be improved: I booked an extra day to get laundry service, only to realize laundry service isn’t available on Sundays. I wish that had of been specified on the hotel services section.

  Everything was perfect other than the fact that there was no kettle in the room and we were told we had to upgrade our room in order to have a kettle (which I thought was standard for hotel rooms to have).

  What could be improved: The location is somewhat isolated but conveniently close to the metro. The nearby road can get quite loud due to traffic. The room temperature was a bit too cold, and unfortunately, the air conditioning couldn’t be used for heating
