    The location was great, close to main attractions. The beds were comfortable

    What could be improved: The pillows were awful, a bag with some pieces inside. The carpets look in need of a good cleaning. The glass in the shower was really dirty, it has not been clean in a long time and there was humidity small in the bathroom. We stayed until monday morning and at probably 4- 5 am, there was a lot of noise coming from the first floor (the bakery next door?)

    The location couldn't have been better, the apartment was spacious, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The team communicated very well prior to and during our stay. It really was a fantastic few days.

    What could be improved: Only complaint i would say was that with 4 double bedrooms (and us being a family of myself, my wife and 3 daughters) and extra toilet or at least bigger bathroom would have been useful. But that being said was a lovely stay.

    Location was great. Very roomy apartment that was big enough for my family!

    What could be improved: The only downside was 1 bathroom for all of us. Also we were up at the 3rd floor so carrying luggage up was a little challenging.

    Really good location.

    What could be improved: Shower curtain needs replacing shower needs cleaning properly and also need more power points that work in the back room .

    Location is perfect, in the center of the city. Staff are very friendly and supportive.

    What could be improved: Bathroom is in poor condition, there is mold.
    Some of the amenities (lamps, sofa, curtains) need to be fixed. Needs a little touch up.

    A huge apartment, very good beds, fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, big TV, big table and comfortable sofas. The information for checking in were perfect. Great location at the center.

    What could be improved: Apartment needs some maintenance and a bit more cleaning. The shower water drains very slow, there are some light bulbs not working, needs more lighting, mainly in the living room.
