  What could be improved: staff were very un accommodating with regard to an early check in. couldn’t even let us know when the cleaning staff were finished – zero flexibility

  The location was in the center of the city. The apartment was spacious.
  
  What could be improved: The shower drain was in need of maintenance. After running the water for only 1 minute, the bathroom floor would be covered in water. The white upholstered chairs were covered in dirt. The kitchen tables legs were loose and unstable.

  Location was fantastic, and place felt fresh and new. Also felt private, barely ever saw anyone else. Quiet in the enclosed bedroom.
  
  What could be improved: Very loud from unenclosed bedroom with windows open (our only choice on hot nights). Cafe below was open until midnight on Fri/Sat and played loud music. Street cleaners started up around 4 or 5am. A fan could have let us keep the windows shut, noisy night was the only blemish on the trip.

  – very spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped apartment

  What could be improved: – the self check-in was e little bit tricky: to get in the apartment, you need precise informations and a lock code; we got the mail with those informations not until asking for them as we arrived the day itself
  – in advance we asked twice for an early check-in, but got no answer; you can get in the apartment not befor 16h00 and there is no possibility near the property to store the baggage
  – there was a bad smell in the bathroom

  great location near the main walk street and a Metro station. the apartment was clean and comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: there were no coffee making implements, which was a negative for our group. the stairs to the apartment were steep and narrow. also we were instructed to take out the trash but no instructions where to take it – there were no building bins.
